Heike Philp, member of DigiCom steps in on short notice to share with you some of the secrets of delivering engaging webinars. With more than 15 years experience of webinar support, she has some stories to tell and will detail some of the technical tops and flops of this trade. Her passion is to develop webinar formats which are interactive at its best and she looks forward to joining in a conversation with the audience about your webinar highlights. If you had three wishes for further improving the IATEFL webinar program - what would they be? We look forward to hearing your thoughts!
 
Heike Philp is CEO of let’s talk online sprl, based in Brussels, Belgium, and is an immersive language education specialist. Heike co-initiated four European funded projects to develop accredited and certified teacher training courses for language teaching and learning in real-time at a distance. These EU Projects are LANCELOT, AVALON, CAMELOT and GUINEVERE (start 12/2017). Heike runs her own web conferences:Virtual Round Table Web Conference on Language Learning Technologies, DaFWEBKON for teachers of German and vLanguages Annual Symposium. She co-owns EduNation islands in Second Life.
