Dear Maria Kleanthous - PAET
I hope you have fully recuperated from our biggest IATEFL event of the year which was the 53rd International IATEFL Conference and Exhibition held in Liverpool. Those of you who could not attend the great conference perhaps watched some of the main presentations and interviews which were streamed especially for you. It is a great idea and I even watched some presentations several times after I got back home from Liverpool, which can be found at https://www.teachingenglish.org.uk/events/IATEFL-Online/2019.

Before the next IATEFL Conference in Manchester, please take a moment and check what is going to happen in different parts of the globe among teachers of English associated with IATEFL.
As always, we would ask you to ensure that we have the correct contact information for your Associate. These can be found once you log in to your Associate membership but are also listed on the webpage http://www.iatefl.org/associates/list-of-associate-members.
I look forward to hearing from you.
With best wishes,

Marta Bujakowska
IATEFL Associates Committee Member

IATEFL Associates Day 2019 - Discussion Groups
This year we focused on a few main areas for our discussion groups at Associates Day. The points made have been compiled and are listed so that TAs may share these with their own committee members for further discussion.
We hope that they will be of interest to you and that they may give rise to some new ideas for your TA.
